The New Sewell
Posted 24th April, 2007 in by Sam
As noted by our resident marketing master, Preston, the new Sewell Direct site is now in public beta. The front end was designed by me and the site features a whole new back-end put together by the owner's son Michael. They did change my sidebar, however, in favor of the simple blue sidebar you see on the page, and they tweaked around the product pages a bit.
Stop by and let me know what you think of the new design. This is my first try at serious web design. Please note I only provided the programmers with comps and they did all the back-end and fine tuning.

It looks good. I like how the Server Error message is a different color than the Object Reference Not Set To An Instance Of An Object part of the message.
It's a lot of code to read through... but I think the average user will figure it out if they really want their usb to serial adapter.
